FluencyBot is a product owned by Parallax. Parallax is ISO 27001 compliant and we take the privacy and security of your data very seriously. This Data Security and Privacy Statement outlines our practices concerning the collection, use, and protection of your personal information in relation to FluencyBot.

All Confluence documentation is only stored in our AWS environment, and is encrypted at rest. Parallax may collect personal information such as:

• Username, email and gravatar image URL.
• Information about how you use FluencyBot.

2.2. Non-Personal Information

We may also collect non-personal information, such as aggregated data and analytics, to improve our services.

3. How We Use Your Information

Parallax may use your information for the following purposes:

• To deliver the products and services you request.

All connections (e.g. Confluence, Slack) are authenticated via OAuth, which means we don't store any long-term access keys.

5. Third-Party Disclosure

We transfer confluence documentation to OpenAI when forming an answer, and only send the parts of documentation which are relevant to the question.

Parallax does not otherwise sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as described in this statement or as required by law.

6. Your Choices

You can delete all your data from our database, and our 3rd party servers, with a button in the UI. You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
• Update or correct your personal information.
• Request the deletion of your personal information.

Parallax reserves the right to update or modify this Data Security and Privacy Statement at any time.
